These would include any photo ID laws or registration changes (such as SAVE America act). Canceling mail-in-voting would also count. Controlling vote counting or procedure through federalization would also resolve YES. If these actions are disputed in court or congress the market will resolve on whether it is active and has any de facto effect during November midterm elections.
