This question is motivated by historical patterns where high-profile buildings were targeted and insured against terrorism shortly before attacks. It does not assume causation.

@TheAllMemeingEye sorry I forgot to specify there is a new specification in the description again sorry for the inconvenience
@SebzuSAh hah, "9/11 inspired" does a lot of lifting. I'd assume this would exclude the vast majority of terror attacks. But the crux is what qualifies as 9/11 inspired, especially since we cannot read minds
@SebzuSAh what does "themed" mean? Must fly airplanes into something? Terrorists must be Islamists? Terrorists must have studied in Hamburg?
@AlexanderTheGreater well mainly yes but we don’t know if it and this is controversial if 9/11 is an inside job or not since as I described the previous owner of the twin towers has just now purchased the skyscraper in LA and 6 weeks before the attacks the twin towers were insured against terrorist attacks and also the owner went every day for breakfast to the twin towers but on the day of attack he wasn’t present so it is mainly based of this if you have any help of like how I could put it in the discription I would be very thankful since this is my first prediction
@SebzuSAh "mainly yes" to which possible criteria I listed? If Jihadists from Hamburg stab a someone with a knife inside a sky scraper is that yes? If a anti-abortion activist flies an airplane into a "abortion clinic" is that a yes?
I'm not asking these questions to be mean, but if you don't have ironclad acceptance criteria and the market gets big you'll need in a world of pain comes resolution time. Look at my (resolved) Venezuela military action market to see an example of how even much clearer criteria can cause lots of debate.
@SebzuSAh Yeah, I think this is much clearer. Three only follow-up I'd have is if the plot must succeed or not
