The market resolves YES if Democrats win a majority of the 100 Senate seats following elections in 2026. The Democrats would need 51 seats to control the chamber.

resolve as YES

If the election is cancelled

If the election is not held during 2026 (election day in 2027 or later)

If the Democratic Party changes its name before election day
