Resolution Criteria: Market resolves YES if there is an official announcement or confirmation by Donald Trump or his administration of Giuliani's appointment to any position. Market resolves NO if no such appointment is made by January 20, 2026.

The market title refers to January 2026, which I presume is the intention, but the body of the resolution text refers to January 2025. I assume the latter is a typo, but I can see someone on the other side of this market reasonably wanting an N/A result, unless the market creator regards this (January 2025) as a "manifest error".
Giuliani was appointed in 2025 to the Homeland Security Advisory Council, which hopefully should meet the criterion of "any official appointment in Donald Trump's administration". This market doesn't state a requirement of a cabinet-level appointment, just any appointment in the administration/government.
