This market will resolve to YES if Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the President of Brazil as of 2025, is officially reported deceased between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (inclusive), based on a credible and verifiable news report from one of the following sources:

• Globo (g1.globo.com)

• CNN Brazil (cnnbrasil.com.br)

• Reuters, BBC, or any other internationally recognized outlet

If no such report is published by 11:59 PM Brasília time on December 31, 2025, this market will resolve to NO.

If there is ambiguity or dispute over the identity or timing of the event, the Predyx team will make a final judgment based on available public information and standard editorial practices.
