I don't need to meet them at Manifest, will count if we meet at any time I'm in the area (the plan is the 5th to the 9th).
To count as "knowing me" we have to have had at least one "meaningful interaction" before Manifest, which is up to my subjective judgment but a very low bar. If I'd regularly traded in their markets and they recognized me for regularly trading in their markets, I'd count that.
Same if I remember replying to them/them replying to me. I'll be appending my username here to my badge so that people should be able to recognize me.
To "meet" we just have to say hi to each other, with the knowledge of who we both are.
If I have to cancel going for whatever reason, resolves to 0.
