@traders ok guys, happy new year everyone…so, I’m resolving EU, UK and Canada as NO, right? And about Venezuela…like, I’m a bit confused here - it’s kind of banned in Venezuela since August 2024, right? So it has been de-facto banned during the whole 2025? I mean, to me it’s more a Yes resolution than a No. Well, I’m happy to hear any opinions 🤷

@traders ok guys I’m resolving Venezuela as Yes soon if everyone’s ok with that. I mean, X was banned there during a whole 2025, as I understand

Oh. Twitter is banned? geometry dash meltdown Is there a new version yet, I haven't updated.

In light of recent news, added Canada 🇨🇦.

@TheAllMemeingEye @GtothaM @diracdeltafunk ok guys, so I eventually made a small change to the question’s description - I changed a word certain to a word small in a “Has to be a “permanent” ban, not just for a small timeframe.” sentence. I think and hope that that’s all the changes there will be, and a bit later I’ll be ready to, like, answer questions and/or provide clarification to things. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.

Regarding the exact conditions for the YES resolution, well in general I’ll try to just stick with the question’s wording, but the basic gist is this:

  • if Maduro orders another 10-day ban on X, or even a ban of one month, then it would NOT be enough for a Yes resolution.

  • if some place just outright bans X like, for example, it happens in Russia, no feasible conditions to subvert the ban provided, then it would be a Yes resolution.

  • anything in between - we’ll see I guess, I don’t plan to bet on this market myself and will just try to use my best judgement.

That’s all for now I guess, thanks for reading, again sorry for trouble.

bought Ṁ100 YES

I took it to mean a ban of any length. Indefinite doesn’t seem likely, and an arbitrary timeframe like six months is not very realistic. More feasibly, the EU (or someone) announces a ban and provides the conditions which need to be fulfilled to have it lifted

@traders ok guys, while this question is still in its infancy and there are only three of you, could I please ask you to, like, allow me to change this part:

Has to be a “permanent” ban, not just for a certain timeframe.

To this:

Has to be either a “permanent” ban, or for an announced period of six months or more.

This way I think the question would just be much better in general, more informative and stuff. May I please do it guys?

How would it resolve in the case of required conditions to lift ban like mentioned above?

@TheAllMemeingEye I’m sorry for all the inconvenience, I’ll respond a bit later
