I think the Trump lawsuits are more about boosting his popularity with Republicans for the primaries (so that the democrats can win the election easily) rather than actually putting him in jail (more of a cherry on top) so wouldn't be super surprised if Biden did pardon to try undo some of the damage done by prosecuting a former president.

Like, ever? It would be nice to keep this market open until Biden’s term(s) are over, in case Trump is indicted for multiple different things
