(Just for maximum clarity, this question is for streams in the year 2024; Spotify will at some point release their stats on this, which is what will be used to resolve this question)

it is i admit slightly odd because this just says "2024" and 2024 isn't over. but the resolution source is spotify, and this is when they release their year-end lists. the spotify data isn't otherwise public—this is the source. so i think this has to resolve YES.
(e.g. for reference, wikipedia has a most-streamed artists by year page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_most-streamed_artists_on_Spotify but
the source is just the yearly spotify wrapped, released around the start of december, because that's how spotify publicly defines "most streamed artist in X year")

The Weeknd led every month last year but November and December.

@wilkess That is actually how I interpreted it, but I realise in asking for clarification I fell into the same trap lol. So it's "most streamed during 2024", not "achieve most streams all-time, in 2024"
