there are many comparisons between Musk and Hughes in the form of small articles and notable tweets, but there is no cover story of the type I described below that I was able to find. Thus, the answer is NO.

How official does this have to be? Could I start a newsletter and write an edition comparing the two?

@mattyb A hard copy magazine one could reasonably expect to find at an airport news rack or on a library shelf. Sunday magazine cover stories would count (WaPo, NYT). An established online publisher like Slate and a few others I'm not thinking of would count as well.
