It was unveiled to the public via a Youtube trailer in December 2018 which reached over 31 million views within a month. Hytale was planned to be playable in 2021 but has since been delayed.

If there is one thing I have learned, always bet against Hytale

I know the owner has said he's interested in attempting to buy back the Hytale IP/company/code, but even if he does, are we really 30% confident that the game will be in a publicly playable state in less than six months, after seemingly floundering for years?

@RedzoneITG Well, the game was in a relatively playable state before being scrapped, so it can't take too long to make some sort of beta. But, yeah, I was in a bit of a hurry to place that bet, and 30% is perhaps a bit too much.
