Resolves YES if the US implements any sort of import tax targeted towards films produced primarily outside of the US. If the tariff is implemented only towards certain countries, this will still resolve YES. The tariff does not necessarily have to apply to all films produced in part outside of the US (since an enormous number of films nowadays are produced in multiple nations).
