To avoid wash trading, I'll calculate total amount paid for loans as

1/2 (sum over traders of |received for loans - paid for loans|)

I will follow the main Tumbles loan market and comments, and if I can't verify that a payment happened to payback/transfer a loan, it didn't happen. Only payments made after this market opens count.
