This market is about my commitment to practice my "Gutachtenstil" and knowledge of German civil law, by writing at least one full legal opinion per calendar week.

1. Timeframe

   • 2025-09-01 to 2025-12-31, inclusive.

2. Weekly Requirement

   • Complete at least one reworked final draft of a legal opinion per calendar week, incorporating feedback after review.

3. Excess / Credit Rule

   • Any legal opinions completed beyond the weekly minimum accrue as credits.

   • Two credits can be redeemed to skip one future week's minimum obligation.

   • Credits expire after EOY.

4. Resolution criteria

   • YES if all weekly requirements are met by EOY.

   • NO if requirements aren't met and no credits are used to make up for it on any given week.
