You mistook a write-down for a funeral. Stellantis' €22bn charge moved no cash, and they then sold €5bn of hybrid bonds — a company that can still sell bonds is not filing. Ford holds $43bn of liquidity, GM $33bn.

Chapter 11 needs a year of visible dying first. None of it is here.

A falling share price is not insolvency. NO.
