If buying or selling Monero in the United States is not available on Kraken for at least 7 days in a row by January 6th, 2026, this market resolves to YES.
If Kraken ceases to exist or becomes nonfunctional* , this market resolves to N/A.
* Kraken is considered functional and existing if you can use the service to buy and sell at least one of Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, or Dogecoin.

@mods monero (xmr) is not listed on crypto restrictions for us clients on kraken. I believe this can resolve no, unless someone else has evidence to the contrary. Thank you
