This question resolves YES if Elon Musk is federally indicted for any act that occurred during his quasi-official time at DOGE (currently Jan 20 - May 30 2025) while Donald Trump is still president.
Otherwise this question resolves NO when Donald Trump ceases to be president (currently expected to be Jan 20, 2029.

To avoid ambiguity, this will not consider whether the act in question was taken in his capacity as head of DOGE, or whether he was legally or in any other sense head of DOGE.
