Resolution criteria

• This market resolves to YES if, at any point before January 1, 2028, there is compelling evidence that over 50 (i.e., 51 or more) distinct Anthropic employees wear cat ears (headbands, beanies, or other headwear featuring distinct ears with fur) inside an official Anthropic office simultaneously or on the same calendar day.

• Evidence includes publicly accessible photographs, videos, or text reports published by Anthropic employees, Anthropic’s official corporate channels, or reputable news outlets.

• "In office" means a physical, official Anthropic office location (e.g., their San Francisco headquarters).

• If no such event occurs by 11:59 PM PT on December 31, 2027, this market resolves to NO.

• Update 2026-06-18 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): AI instances of Claude do not count toward the 51+ employee threshold. Only human ("carbon form") Anthropic employees wearing cat ears qualify.
