One seat on the North Carolina Supreme Court will be up for election on 5 November 2024, in a partisan election. The seat is currently held by a Democrat, Mike Morgan, who has announced he is not seeking re-election. A Republican victory in the election would give the party a 6–1 majority on the court. This market resolves to YES if the election is won by a Democrat, and NO if it is won by a Republican, independent, or member of any other party.
