In 2016 in Southern California, I secretly recorded a teacher named Rod Ziolkowski who sexually harassed me and kept dropping racial slurs. He found out about the secret recording shortly after, and threatened to sue my family (as I was a minor at the time).

On October 24th, 2024 I took snippets from that recording and sampled them into a beat (which can be found at the link below), then posted it on my Facebook account where many of his former students and colleagues are friends with me.

Question will resolve to "Yes" if Rod Ziolkowski, through himself or any intermediary, communicates a lawsuit or the threat of a lawsuit by the end of 2024.
