The National Prosecutor’s of Poland had requests permission for detention and temporary arrest of Tomasz Szmydt, a polish judge at the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw. Charge: espionage
Last week, judge stunned the nation by seeking “protection and asylum” from Belarusian authorities - escaping abroad, to Minsk, earlier this week.
This market will resolve to YES if Judge Tomasz Szmydt stays alive by the end of 2024.
