The Western Balkans consists of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina , North Macedonia , Montenegro , Kosovo and Serbia All have a perspective to accede to the European Union and hence are also called 'enlargement countries'. Market will resolve as YES if any one or more of the countries listed joins the EU by the end of 2025, NO if none join the EU by the end of 2025.

It takes years to join the eu so this impossible, some can start the process.

@humblestumble the eus existing members don't qualify under its rules (is Italy a democracy? Are renewables subsides fair trade? Etc) so expanding the eu is extremely difficult besides the countries not being interested.
