I've recently started carrying a little notepad around with me for notetaking purposes. This questions resolves YES if I take notes on it for at least 16 days between March 26, 2025 and April 25, 2025 (including both endpoints).

Resolved YES, with notes taken on it on exactly 16 days within the given period (and 2 extra days when I forgot the notebook at home and took notes on my phone and on loose paper). The YES resolution relied on a couple of instances of notes taken around 1am before I went to bed, which is maybe a little sus. Nevertheless, I’d say both the letter and the spirit of the market resolution criteria have been satisfied (especially as notetaking frequency has been greatest over the last two weeks).
