528 Boylston St is a proposed apartment building to be located on the eastbound side of Boylston St/Route 9 in Newton, Massachusetts (here's it on Google Maps). There's already opposition to this project.

If physical construction work begins at this location before or on December 31, 2024, this market immediately resolves YES. If it's reported in the media that the project is permanently denied or canceled, then this market immediately resolves NO. If the status of the project is still up in the air on January 1, 2025, but construction work has not begun there, then this market also resolves NO. If human civilization collapses before the project can either begin or be canceled, then this market resolves N/A.

Note that since this project is close to my home (in fact, that's why I'm interested in it), I may use my own eyes in addition to the mainstream media when resolving this market.
