In March 2025, Kilmar Abrego Garcia was deported from the USA to El Salvador (the country where he was born), returning in June. In August 2025 the USA's government threatened to deport Garcia again, this time to either Costa Rica or Uganda.

This market resolves to the country that Garcia is physically located in on September 30, 2025 at start of day midnight UTC. (If the country is not listed, then the market resolves to "Other".) If he is located in a disputed territory, or he tells me or tells anyone publicly that he doesn't want this market to exist, or if his location to this resolution is unknown before December 31, 2025, then the market shall resolve N/A.

Only sovereign states are valid options; others will resolve NO.
