My first time going to CrossFit was August 31 of 2024. Pullups have been out of reach for me. I've been working hard to do negatives and band assisted pull-ups.

This market is somewhat of a motivator for me to achieve this milestone before my one year CrossFit anniversary.

How's it hanging?

Focussing on scalp pullups and negatives after each WOD. Starting to feel like I can get past the transition point that has been flummoxing me
