The House is currently controlled by Republicans and I think it's likely that the Senate will be too by January 6, 2025.
It only takes a simple majority to dismiss a state's Electoral College results.
This market resolves YES if any challenge to a state's Electoral College results are sustained and that state's votes not counted during the January 6, 2025 session of Congress.
