Each option resolves independently to YES or NO depending on whether the stated event occurs during the resolution period.

Resolution period: From 11:45 PM EDT on September 4, 2026 until 11:59:59 PM EDT on September 30, 2026.
Events that occurred before 11:45 PM EDT on September 4, 2026 do not count.

General resolution rules
Each option resolves separately.
If an event occurs before the deadline but the authoritative source confirms or publishes it only after the deadline, the option still resolves YES, provided the underlying event itself occurred during the resolution period.
If sources conflict, the listed primary source takes precedence.
Unless otherwise specified, all monetary thresholds are in US dollars.
For borderline or unforeseen cases, resolution will follow the ordinary meaning of the option together with the rules above.

Probably resolves YES with 3.8 Live. There's a distinction between this and 3.8 Flash (Cyber)
@bigyahu what source might you use for this? nothing in description, seems the criteria for the hurricane would have been for this option but the answer changed?
@traders due to extenuating circumstances, i am quitting manifold and will not be able to monitor and manage my markets, i give permission to community members to decide on resolution and for mods to resolve for me independently, as the criteria are publicly available and are unlikely to be ambiguous.
