Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to the political party that wins the highest number of seats in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 44th British Columbia general election, scheduled for October 24, 2026, based on the official final count published by Elections BC (https://elections.bc.ca/) or a consensus of credible media outlets.

In the event of a tie in the total seat count between the leading parties, this market will resolve in favour of the tied party that won the higher percentage of the province-wide popular vote.

As resolution is unlikely to be ambiguous, I may trade in this market.
