Background

In 2022, Disney purchased the international distribution rights to Doctor Who for two seasons, the second of which is airing in 2025.

Resolution criteria

This market will resolve YES if it is confirmed by the close date that Disney will retain the right to distribute Doctor Who internationally (excluding the UK and Ireland) for a third consecutive season.

This market will resolve NO if it is announced that the Disney arrangement has come to an end after two seasons or if there is no confirmation either way by the close date.

Close date

This market is set to close at 00:00:00 UTC on 1 January 2027, although it may resolve sooner. The close date will not be extended.
