Resolves YES if Eric Adams is nominated as an ambassador to Turkey, special envoy to Turkey, or any other diplomatic position primarily involving Turkey by the end of 2025 (so not general diplomatic positions like UN ambassador). Resolves NO otherwise. Will resolve NO early if he is nominated to some other position in 2025.
