I assume this is resolved if the current bill passes in more or less its current form, notwithstanding a few minor technical exceptions.

@MichaelSavage If the bill either bans or effectively bans the sale of new leaseholds in the UK, and it comes into effect before the end of 2025, then this market will resolve yes.
