Will Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney unambiguously identify as a Zionist before the 2025 Canadian federal election?
Justin Trudeau recently declared "No one in Canada should ever be afraid to call themselves a Zionist. I am a Zionist.", but Carney's stance has remained ambiguous.

Politicians flipflop all the time and this tweet is far from being pro-palestine, rather it's pro basic humanitarian rights, but this could indicate he is less like to identify as a zionist. He might be supportive of Israel before the election, probably using lines like "democratic ally in the middle east", to help garner votes, but I don't think he will go as far as to call himself a zionist.
