This market was resolved incorrectly. IIHS just announced that Cybertruck received their Top Safety Pick+ for 2025: https://www.iihs.org/ratings/vehicle/tesla/cybertruck-crew-cab-pickup/2025
Cybertruck lead engineer says, "Cybertruck aimed to achieve unbeatable safety (always #1 priority)." That was my original assumption, so I have yet to see a reason to update downward.
