Reporting: The user numbers must be officially reported by Meta and publicly verifiable. This could be through an official press release, an earnings call, or a report in a reputable media outlet.

Timeframe: The bet will resolve if the criteria are met any time before the end of December 31, 2024, in the timezone of Meta's headquarters (Pacific Time, USA).

Verification: In the case of a dispute, we will use the earliest publicly available source verifying the user count.
