Consensus of credible reporting at the end of January 2026. “Responsible for” means the US did it intentionally.
Suggest more sites to add if I missed any or more become relevant. More than one may resolve YES, and I’m open to answers that aren’t mutually exclusive. The dates I put on the answers are not binding / relevant to resolution.

Essentially no confident new information emerged about the US strikes in Venezuela over january, which is surprising to me - I expected when I made this market either the US to just straightup release more info or for journalism to clarify more about this strike.
We definitely did not learn that any of the specific sites I listed that the US was reponsible for, so resolving those as NO. The dock facility, I would say consensus of reporting is basically the same as the beginning of the month - reporting takes the word of the US at face value that there was a strike. Resolving YES seems wrong to me given that we didn't really learn anything additional - as specified in the title. I am going to resolve N/A.
I bet on dock, but I think I'm wrong.
In the bet below are some impressive videos of the attacks.
None of them are near the sea, they are more inland it seems:

1971: Cuba experienced a significant outbreak of African Swine Fever (ASF), which affected the country's pig population. The disease caused serious economic damage to Cuba's pork industry, which was important to their agricultural economy.
The Soviet Claim: The USSR claimed that the U.S. have been involved in intentionally spreading the disease as part of a broader strategy to undermine Cuba’s economy. They claimed that biological warfare was being used against Cuba, which was a common accusation during the Cold War era, especially when political tensions were high.
