Bilt Rewards is a credit card that currently allows holders to earn points when used to pay rent, without transaction fees. Wells Fargo is the current partner with leaks claiming they're losing $10 million a month on this partnership (source: https://www.forbes.com/advisor/credit-cards/bilt-says-partnership-with-wells-fargo-remains-solid).

The fees have to actually be introduced, an announcement that they will introduce the fees at some later date does not qualify.

Hey, I was looking for a new way to relax after work and a friend suggested I try something different. At first I wasn’t sure, but when I tested a few slots and then moved to spinmacho casino it actually turned out better than expected. I had a series of small losses, then finally hit a decent win on Starburst that covered them all. The whole process felt smooth, with clear rules and fast support, so I’d recommend giving it a shot.

It’s interesting to see Bilt introducing transaction-based point boosts. Reward structures like this can make a big difference for frequent users. Speaking of optimizing spending, comparing different credit card perks is just like reviewing online casino bonuses—finding the best value matters. A site like CasinosFest does a great job of breaking down offers in a clear way. Do you think this move by Bilt will push other card issuers to introduce similar dynamic rewards?

Bilt's system is incompatible with paying for rent on Zillow, and some landlords only allow payment to them on Zillow. If a renter find themself pinned in this position, they can email proof of rent payment in to Bilt's support center and get points credited to their account that way.

If Bilt has to manually charge the user a fee after getting the rent receipt to credit points, that might look quite silly from a book keeping point of view.

Ship it. I go with NO.
