This market resolves YES if Destiny is formally charged with any crime related to:

• Recording without consent

• Recording sexual acts w/o consent

Resolution will be based on (but not limited to) publicly available information like: news reports, official statements from law enforcement agencies or criminal records

"Formerly charged" refers to filing of information or obtaining an indictment from a grand jury by an attorney
