This market resolves based on the official closing prices of Alphabet Inc. (GOOG or GOOGL) stock on the NASDAQ exchange.

• If the closing price on June 10, 2025, is strictly lower than the closing price on May 5, 2025, the outcome will be YES.

• Otherwise (if it is equal to or higher), the outcome will be NO.
  Only the official closing prices published by NASDAQ will be used for this comparison. Intraday prices, after-hours trading, and unofficial data sources will be ignored.
