Resolves as YES if there is strong evidence that Iran has launched an attack including at least 12 drones within a period of 48 hours on the territory of Saudi Arabia. This must occur between April 14th 2024 and December 31st 2024.
A drone attack on a Saudi embassy or consulate outside of Saudi Arabia is excluded in the context of this question.
