The market will resolve NO if:

• Trump does not win the 2024 election, OR

• The integration is not completed and operational by January 20, 2029, OR

• A different AI system is chosen for ATC integration

Considerations

• As of 2024, there are no public plans to integrate Grok or any other AI system into U.S. air traffic control operations

• Any integration of AI into critical aviation systems would require extensive testing and certification by the FAA

• Previous attempts to modernize ATC systems have faced significant technical, regulatory, and bureaucratic challenges
