If Jimmy Carter attends the Trump inauguration, this market will resolve to yes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to no. If Jimmy Carter dies before the inauguration, this market can immediately resolve to no. Only an in-person attendance will qualify. If Trump is not inaugurated on January 20th (e.g. because someone else is inaugurated) and Jimmy Carter attends that inauguration, that will not be sufficient for this market to resolve to yes. It must be a Trump inauguration.
