@Tulip I had an actual cutscene as it is traditionally known in mind. I.e. not just frozen in first person bc of Karliah poison arrow/Serana picking you up at the snow elf place or whatever. A good example would be camera movement not focused on the player character, particularly dramatic/cinematic angles meant to create a cohesive viewing experience of events (much like a movie would) rather than a rollercoaster scripted event where you still interact with characters or the world.

Important to note I don’t mean the intro cinematic either, as those aren’t actually in the game, simply precede the actual game (ex: Emperor explaining the main plot in Oblivion or the whole “born to uncertain parents” spiel for Morrowind). Has to be in the actual game.

How are you defining 'cutscenes' here? Does Skyrim's opening sequence, with free camera but no free action-more-generally, count as relevantly cutscene-like?

I'm glad you asked this, and I should have asked too before betting. For what it's worth, I understand Skyrim and other Elder Scrolls games to be famous for not really having cutscenes, and so a sequel that had about the same number as Skyrim (opening, kill-cam, maybe a short one unlocked by DLC), would mean a NO resolution here.
