• Resolve YES if the Argonne-reported U.S. light-duty monthly sales for November 2025 satisfy S = ICE + 1.075×HEV + 1.12×PHEV ≥ 1,152,000 using Argonne’s unit sales (not SAAR), as posted in their monthly sales update spreadsheets/pages. Otherwise NO. (anl.gov)

• Use Argonne’s categories: ICE (conventional gasoline/diesel LDVs excluding hybrids and plug-ins), HEV (non-plug-in hybrids), and PHEV (plug-in hybrids). If Argonne does not list ICE explicitly, compute ICE = Total LDV − (HEV + PHEV + BEV + FCEV). (anl.gov)
