Former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio has been sentenced to 22 years in prison for his role in the plot to maintain Donald Trump's presidency after the 2020 election. The sentence, shorter than the 33 years sought by prosecutors, is the longest in a case related to the 2020 events and the January 6 Capitol attack.

Resolves YES if he receives a reprieve or pardon under Article 2 of the US constitution, prior to completing his sentence.
