This will resolve to the next person (including Petr Fiala, the current PM) that:

a) is appointed as prime minister by the president and

b) forms a cabinet that passes a confidence vote in the parliament

Regular elections are scheduled for autumn 2025 - those automatically force a new PM to be appointed and ask for confidence within 30 days of appointment. This question will also resolve if a new appointment is made earlier e.g. due to snap elections or the current PM resigning.

The close date will be extended until a new PM passes confidence vote.

@NzJack0n Did the government pass confidence vote in parliament? I think we are waiting for that.

So far, no formal appointment, extending close date, since we can expect at least a few weeks between the formal appointment and a confidence vote.

@AIBear Andrej Babiš was appointed today, I think this can resolve.

@Irigi note that the resolution criteria require passing a vote of confidence (Babiš has 30 day limit to get it)
