Apparently Noem and Miller have started skirmishing behind the scenes. Will anything come of it? Who will win?

Resolves to whoever is out of Trump's White House first (that is, if Noem leaves her position of DHS secretary and does not take another job in the White House, OR if Miller leaves his positions as Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security advisor and similarly doesn't take a different position in the executive branch).

If both leave simultaneously (i.e. both get fired at the same time), resolves 50/50.

If neither leaves before Trump leaves office, resolves N/A.
