Resolves to YES if the US federal government publicly buys or mines Bitcoin in 2025. Establishing a "strategic Bitcoin reserve" without acquiring more Bitcoin will not count. Any publicly available information showing that the US has acquired additional Bitcoin will count, even if it is not announced in a more public way.
