This will resolve YES, if before 2030, users of Manifold could buy Mana with Bitcoin.
Please note, if such option is enabled through a 3rd party, but it is somehow authorized by Manifold and at the end let's user to send BTC and receive Mana - this will resolve YES.
Please note, this market only considers Bitcoin (BTC), not any wrapped Bitcoin or its forks. It doesn't have to be an on-chain transaction, Layer 2 solutions like Lightning Network would also resolve this market to YES.
