"Successful" in this context is entirely up to Grimes. If Grimes deems a song that uses an AI-generated version of her voice "successful," then this market resolves YES.
This is regardless of whether she follows through on the 50% royalty offer. She just has to indicate publicly that in her opinion, the song is "successful."
